The Polo Club Condominium Association has initiated this website to provide another way to communicate information between the Association and its member owners.  The website makes an extensive amount of information readily available to homeowners.  It also provides information about the Polo Club to prospective owners and their real estate brokers. 

PCCA Office: The PCCA Management Office section puts many of the services of our office on line.  For example, you can send an e-mail to our on-site manager or reception desk and download various forms.

Owner Resource Center: The Resource Center contains current and archived Association documents.  It includes our Declarations and Bylaws, Board and Association meeting minutes, newsletters, policies and procedures and more.  The search feature can help you find exactly what you are looking for without paging through documents.  You must be an owner to access this section.  Realtors may obtain a password to download documents for prospective owners. 

Email Notification: If you would like to have correspondence, minutes, notices and other information e-mailed to you, you can sign up for this service by sending an e-mail to our on-site manager.  This will help the PCCA save money by reducing the cost of printing and postage and also provide information whether you are in Denver or on vacation.  Sign In and go to "My Profile" to update your contact preferences.

Search Assistant: The Search Assistant helps you easily find exactly what you are looking for - quickly. Simply enter a keyword or phrase and the Search Assistant will hunt through the entire association archives and resources, bringing the answers directly to your fingertips. Click Search whenever you need a helping hand.

Calendar: Find out what's happening in the community with our online community calendar.  Click Calendar to view upcoming meetings and events now.

Directory: Need to call a neighbor?  Use the searchable directory for published contact information such as names, e-mail, phone numbers, etc.   You can also voluntarily share such information about yourself and seek other neighbors with common interests.  And since the website is secured and password protected, only association members will have access to the information you want to share.  You can also choose to not publish your phone number.  To search the online directory, click Directory.

Classifieds: Click Classifieds to find out about services and items for sale by other owners and residents at the Polo Club.  If you would like to submit a classified ad to be posted online, click Management Office.

Units for Sale:  The Polo Club can provide a link from our website to your sales information.  There is a small fee for this service.  To learn more, send an e-mail to our On-Site Manager who can establish the link to the website describing your home.

Realtor Resource Center.  The Polo Club makes it easy for Realtors to access information for their clients.  We have developed a Realtor Resource Center which contains information for prospective and new owners.  It meets the requirements of Colorado SB100, and contains other documents that will help prospective owners get acquainted with the Polo Club before buying a unit or moving into the building.  Realtors will need a password to access this folder.  Contact our On-Site Manager at 303-744-3455 for a password.
